Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Cambo7 Affiliates website at cambo7affiliates.com and to participation in the Cambo7 Affiliates programme.

By applying to join the programme, accessing a partner account, using affiliate tracking materials or otherwise participating in an approved partnership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Individual campaigns, commercial arrangements or partner agreements may be subject to additional written conditions. Where specifically agreed conditions conflict with these general Terms, the specifically agreed conditions will apply to the relevant campaign or relationship.

Programme Eligibility

Participation in Cambo7 Affiliates is subject to review and approval. Applications may be assessed according to traffic sources, target markets, promotional methods, compliance considerations and programme requirements.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a commercial agreement.
• Information submitted during registration must be accurate and current.
• You must have the right to operate or control the traffic sources submitted for review.
• Your activities must comply with laws and advertising requirements applicable to you.
• You must not promote gambling-related services to persons who are under the applicable legal age.
• Approval to the programme does not automatically guarantee access to every campaign, market or commercial model.

Partner Accounts

Approved partners may receive access to account functions, tracking tools, reporting, campaign materials or other programme resources.

• Account credentials must be kept confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless unauthorised access has been reported promptly.
• Account information should remain accurate and up to date.
• Credentials must not be sold, transferred or shared with unauthorised third parties.
• Suspicious activity should be reported through the official Cambo7 Affiliates contact route.

Traffic Sources

Traffic sources may be considered according to campaign requirements, market restrictions, compliance standards and the commercial conditions agreed with the partner.

Inclusion of a traffic category on this page does not mean that it is automatically accepted for every campaign. Partners should confirm campaign-specific restrictions before launching traffic.

Prohibited Traffic & Conduct

Affiliate activity must be genuine, lawful and generated through methods permitted under the relevant campaign terms.

• Fraudulent, fabricated or artificially generated users, registrations, deposits or other events.
• Bot traffic, automated actions or manipulation of tracking systems.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks or unauthorised attribution methods.
• Misleading redirects, deceptive advertising or deliberately false claims.
• Spam or unsolicited communications sent contrary to applicable requirements.
• Impersonation of Cambo7 Affiliates, an advertiser or another partner.
• Promotion to minors or audiences where the relevant activity is prohibited.
• Use of unlawfully obtained, stolen or compromised personal or payment information.
• Incentivised traffic unless specifically approved for the relevant campaign.
• Any method intended primarily to manipulate attribution, reporting or commissions.

Advertising Standards

Partners are responsible for ensuring that promotional activity complies with the rules applicable to the markets, platforms and channels they use.

• Promotional statements must not be deliberately misleading.
• Campaign terms, bonuses or other offers should be represented accurately.
• Required advertising disclosures should be displayed where applicable.
• Age restrictions and responsible gambling requirements must be respected.
• Promotion must not target prohibited markets or audiences.
• Third-party brands, trademarks or creative assets may only be used where authorised.

Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate activity may be measured using referral links, tracking identifiers, cookies, postbacks, reporting platforms or other attribution technology.

Partners are responsible for correctly implementing tracking materials supplied for approved campaigns. Attribution may not be possible where tracking has been altered, removed, incorrectly implemented or interfered with by a third-party environment.

Programme reporting may be used as the primary reference for determining tracked affiliate activity, subject to reasonable corrections for duplicate, invalid, fraudulent or technically incorrect events.

Commercial Models

Commercial arrangements may include CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid or other individually agreed structures.

Rates, qualification criteria, caps, deductions, carryover treatment and other commercial conditions are not universal and may vary according to campaign, market, traffic source, traffic quality and individual partner agreement.

Payment Conditions

Payment arrangements are determined by the commercial terms agreed with the partner and may differ according to campaign, currency, payment method, verification requirements and account status.

• Only valid and approved commission is eligible for payment.
• Payment may require reasonable account or identity verification.
• Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• Payment processing or currency conversion fees may apply where relevant.
• Payment may remain pending while suspicious, disputed or unusual activity is reviewed.

Any payment schedule, minimum threshold or payment method specifically agreed with a partner forms part of that partner’s commercial conditions.

Fraud, Reversals & Adjustments

Commission calculations may be adjusted where activity is identified as invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, reversed, charged back or otherwise excluded under applicable campaign conditions.

Where an investigation is necessary, relevant amounts may remain pending until the review has been completed. Partners may be asked to provide information concerning the source or nature of traffic where reasonably required.

Sub-Affiliate Arrangements

Sub-affiliate or referral structures may be available where specifically approved. Such arrangements are not automatically included with every partner account.

Where a sub-affiliate arrangement is approved, partners must not create artificial referrals, misleading recruitment structures or other activity intended to manipulate attribution between related accounts.

Brand Assets & Content

Logos, campaign materials, graphics, copy, trademarks and other programme or advertiser assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Approved partners receive only the limited permission required to use authorised materials for approved promotional activity.

• Do not register domains or social profiles intended to impersonate Cambo7 Affiliates or participating brands.
• Do not materially alter protected brand assets where such modification has not been authorised.
• Do not claim ownership, endorsement or official status beyond the scope of the approved partnership.

Privacy & Data Protection

Information relating to partners and website users may be processed as described in the Cambo7 Affiliates Privacy Policy.

Partners remain responsible for complying with privacy, cookie, marketing and data protection requirements applicable to their own websites, audiences, tracking implementations and promotional activity.

Suspension & Termination

Participation may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable partnership arrangement, including where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns or material misuse of programme resources.

Following termination, the partner must stop using programme materials where permission to use them has ended. Treatment of pending commission will depend on the circumstances and the applicable commercial conditions.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination may remain applicable, including provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, payment adjustments and liability.

Availability & Liability

Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain website, account and programme functionality, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cambo7 Affiliates will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from temporary website unavailability, third-party service interruption, unauthorised partner activity or failure by a partner to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in programme functionality, commercial operations, compliance requirements or website services.

The current version will be published on this page together with the revision date shown above.

General Provisions

• Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
• If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
• A partner may not transfer programme rights or obligations to another party without approval where consent is required.
• These Terms should be read together with any campaign-specific or individually agreed commercial conditions.

Any governing law, jurisdiction or dispute procedure specifically agreed with a partner will be determined by the applicable partnership agreement and mandatory legal requirements. No specific jurisdiction is designated on this public page unless separately confirmed.
